§ 118390 Enforcement Of Health Laws

(a)  The state department and all health officers of counties, cities, and health districts shall enforce this article. (b)  Pursuant to their enforcement of this article, those officers shall also enforce Section 2441 of the Labor Code. This section shall not be construed to abridge or limit in any manner the jurisdiction of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health of the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Division 5 (commencing with Section 6300) of the Labor Code. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
