§ 116836 Certificate Validity Deadline

(a) Notwithstanding any other law, a certificate issued by the department shall not be valid unless the application for certification was filed on or before November 1, 2013. (b) A currently valid certificate issued by the department on or before December 31, 2013, pursuant to this article, shall remain valid for five years following the date of initial issuance, provided that the manufacturer pays the annual fee established by Section 116850. (Added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 403, Sec. 8. (AB 119) Effective January 1, 2014.)
