§ 114407 Permit Suspension Revocation Notice

Key Takeaways

  • •If you have a permit and there's a hearing about it, you'll get a written decision within 5 work days.
  • •If your permit is suspended or taken away, the notice will say why and explain what happens next.
  • •The notice must list the exact things you did or didn't do that caused the problem.

Example

You have a food truck permit, and someone complains about your truck being dirty. There’s a hearing to decide if your permit should be suspended.

After the hearing, you’ll get a letter within 5 work days. If your permit is suspended, the letter will say why (like ‘your truck was dirty’) and how long the suspension lasts.
