§ 114399 Shared Food Facility Violations

Key Takeaways

  • •If a shared area (like a kitchen or storage room) used by multiple food places breaks the rules, everyone who owns or runs those food places is in trouble.
  • •Even if one person made the mess, all the food places using that shared space can get punished.
  • •This rule is about keeping shared food areas clean and safe.

Example

A shopping mall has a big shared kitchen used by three different restaurants. One restaurant leaves dirty dishes out, and bugs start crawling around.

All three restaurants can get in trouble, not just the one that left the dishes. They all have to make sure the shared kitchen stays clean.
