§ 112935 Penalties For Violations

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding one year, or by both fine and imprisonment. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
