§ 112545 Public Health Sanitation Rules

The director shall publish and declare reasonable regulations as are consistent with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter providing for adequate cleanliness and sanitation to protect public health. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
