§ 111735 Cosmetic Labeling Requirements

Any cosmetic is misbranded if its labeling or packaging does not conform to the requirements of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 110290). (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
