§ 111525 Experimental Drug Consent

Prior to prescribing or administering an experimental drug, consent to the use of the drug shall be obtained in the method and manner specified in Chapter 1.3 (commencing with Section 24170) of Division 20. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
