§ 111095 Water Facility Health Standards

It shall be unlawful to operate a bottled plant water plant, water-vending machine, retail water facility, or private water source in violation of the minimum health standards of this article. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
