§ 110957 Unregistered Advertising Prohibition

It shall be unlawful for a person to represent in advertising or labeling that the person or the products of the person are registered pursuant to this article. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 533, Sec. 69. Effective January 1, 2003.)
