§ 110510 Food Label Optional Ingredients

In prescribing a definition and standard of identity for any food or class of food in which optional ingredients are permitted, the department shall designate the optional ingredients that shall be named on the label. This section shall not apply to wine. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
