§ 110461 Food Processing Facility Registration

It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, pack, or hold processed food in this state unless in a food processing facility duly registered, as provided in this part. (Added by renumbering Section 110780 by Stats. 1999, Ch. 915, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2000.)
