§ 110330 Counterfeit Food And Drugs

It is unlawful for any person to do any act that causes any food, drug, device, or cosmetic to be a counterfeit, or to sell, dispense, or hold for sale or dispensing, the counterfeit food, drug, device, or cosmetic. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
