§ 108895 Department Public Tableware Information

The department may publish or publicly distribute any information regarding tableware, including results of tests and investigations, after assuring the accuracy of those tests and investigations, as the department considers necessary for the protection of public health and safety of the consumer or for the protection of the consumer from fraud. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
