§ 108600 Beer Dispensing Equipment Definitions

This law defines words used in rules about beer machines. It explains what 'beer dispensing equipment,' 'commercial establishment,' and 'retail distributor' mean.

Key Takeaways

  • •This law just explains words—it doesn’t say what you can or can’t do.
  • •A 'commercial establishment' is any business that uses beer machines, like bars or restaurants.
  • •A 'retail distributor' is anyone who makes, sells, or rents beer machines.

Example

A bar owner buys a new beer tap machine.

The bar is a 'commercial establishment' because it uses beer machines, and the company selling the machine is a 'retail distributor.'
