§ 108580 Toy Violation Condemnation Proceedings

When a toy is alleged to be in violation of this article, the department or the local health officer shall commence proceedings in the superior court in whose county the toy is located, for condemnation of the article. (Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 449, Sec. 24. Effective January 1, 2004.)
