§ 108320 Hazardous Substance Regulations Authority

The department may adopt regulations regarding hazardous substances as it determines are necessary to adequately enforce and administer this chapter. Any violation of the regulations shall be deemed to be a violation of this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
