§ 106795 Radon Service Violations

It is unlawful for an individual to provide radon services in violation of this article. A violation of this article is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). (Repealed and added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 327, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2001.)
