§ 106620 Environmental Health Specialist Design Limits

Except for the design of onsite septic systems, nothing in this article shall authorize registered environmental health specialists to design any of the fixed works defined in Section 6731 of the Business and Professions Code. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
