§ 103695 Delayed Registration Fee

A fee of eleven dollars ($11) shall be paid to the State Registrar by the applicant at the time of application for a delayed birth registration under Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 102525) or a court order to establish a record of birth, death, or marriage pursuant to Chapter 12 (commencing with Section 103450). Upon acceptance of the application the State Registrar shall retain the fee. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
