§ 103443 Free Birth Marriage Certificates

(a) The State Registrar shall transmit a certified copy of a birth certificate newly established under this article to the registrant without additional charge. (b) The county clerk shall transmit a copy of a confidential marriage certificate newly established under this article to the registrant without additional charge.
