§ 102395 County Vital Records Access

Special county records of birth, death, and marriage and the local registrar’s records of birth, death, and marriage shall be subject to Sections 26205.5 and 26205.7 of the Government Code. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.)
