§ 101849 Hospital Authority Termination

In the event the board of supervisors determines that the hospital authority should no longer function for the purposes as set forth in this chapter, the board of supervisors may, by ordinance, terminate the activities of the hospital authority and expire the hospital authority as an entity, subject to Section 1442.5 in that code and any applicable public hearing requirements. (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 899, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.)
