§ 101055 County Health Officer Distribution

• •The health officer must supply the list to any hospital or doctor who asks.
• •The copies can be given out to patients however the hospital or doctor wants.
• •The rule was not active from July 1 1993 through June 30 1994.

A doctor asks the county health officer for copies of the list so they can give it to patients who ask for it.

The health officer has to send enough copies of the list to the doctor, who can then hand them out to patients. The rule was on pause for a year in the early 1990s, so if the request was made then, the officer didn't have to provide the list.
