§ 5871 Board Minutes Certification

• •The clerk must act immediately after the meeting.
• •The copy of the minutes must be certified (officially confirmed).
• •The certified copy must be sent to the Secretary of State.

The board of supervisors finishes a meeting about a new park. Right after the meeting, the clerk writes down everything, signs the paper to show it's correct, and mails it to the state office.
