§ 4104 Harbor Fund Use Authority

The board, on recommendation of the commission, may use any and all moneys in the harbor fund in conjunction with the State or Federal Government, in any harbor improvement, development or protection undertaken by the State or Federal Government, or it may place all or any moneys in such fund at the disposal of the State or Federal Government for use in the improvement, development or protection of the harbor. (Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
