§ 4065 County Bond Election Procedures

The election shall be conducted, and the bonds issued and sold and paid for, pursuant to the law concerning the issuance, sale and payment of county bonds, and all proceedings had in regard to the bonds shall be in accordance with these laws. (Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
