§ 1715 Seaport District Financing Conflict

(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), Chapter 2.99 (commencing with Section 53398.50) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code shall apply to this chapter. (b) To the extent that any provision of this chapter conflicts with any provision of Chapter 2.99 (commencing with Section 53398.50) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code with respect to a seaport infrastructure financing district, this chapter shall prevail. (Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 793, Sec. 11. (SB 63) Effective January 1, 2016.)
