§ 9913 Speaker Appointments Confirmation

Appointments by the speaker; confirmation by Assembly Committee on Rules Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all statutory appointments delegated to the Speaker of the Assembly are subject to confirmation by the Assembly Committee on Rules, two thirds of the membership thereof concurring. (Added June 5, 1984, by initiative Proposition 24.)
