§ 9200 Legislative Employee Benefits Election

Each employee of the Legislature may elect to receive one or more employee benefits, as prescribed by concurrent resolution heretofore or hereafter adopted, in lieu of a portion of the compensation provided to the employee. (Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1077, Sec. 2.)
