§ 75103 County Judge Retirement Deduction

Except as provided in Section 75103.3, the auditor of each county shall deduct 8 percent from the portion paid by a county of the monthly salary, not including the additional compensation pursuant to Section 68203.1, of each judge of the superior court and cause this amount to be paid into the Judges’ Retirement Fund. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 784, Sec. 500. Effective January 1, 2003.)
