§ 71671 Trial Court Employee Protections

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, each trial court employee shall have the protections provided for in Article 5 (commencing with Section 71650) of this chapter, except as otherwise provided by this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1010, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2001.)
