§ 69154 Court Appeal Fees Deposit

All fees collected by the clerks of the courts of appeal shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the General Fund. The provisions of Section 68846 relating to settlements by the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court are applicable to the Clerks/Executive Officers of the courts of appeal. (Amended by Stats. 2017, Ch. 36, Sec. 17. (AB 452) Effective January 1, 2018.)
