§ 6569 Bondholder Contract Enforcement

The indenture authorizing the issuance of said bonds and all resolutions or orders in the proceeding for the issuance of said bonds shall constitute a contract with the holders of the bonds, and such contract may be enforced by any holder by mandamus, injunction or any applicable legal action, suit, proceeding or other remedy. (Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
