§ 6542 Joint Powers Agreement Entities

“Entity” as used in this article means any agency, board or commission provided for by a joint powers agreement pursuant to Article 1 of this chapter. Such agency, board or commission is an entity separate from the public agencies which are parties to such agreement. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 329.)
