§ 51083 County Deed Approval Requirement

Key Takeaways

  • •Some important papers (like deeds) need official approval from the city or county to work.
  • •The city or county leaders must vote to accept these papers.
  • •The approval must be written on the paper itself.

Example

You want to donate a piece of land to your town for a new park.

You can't just give the land—your town's leaders must officially agree to take it and write their approval on the papers.
