§ 4002 Public Work Definition

As used in this chapter, “public work” means the construction of any bridge, road, street, highway, ditch, canal, dam, tunnel, excavation, building or structure within the State by day’s labor or force account. (Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.)
