§ 38414 Park Land Damage Payments

Upon adoption of the report, warrants shall be drawn in favor of the owners to whom damages are allowed in the amount specified in the report. The warrants are payable out of the fund derived from the sale of the park lands. (Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 79.)
