§ 32208 County Firefighter Retirement System

“System” means the retirement system provided for in this chapter or its predecessor. The retirement system for county foresters, fire wardens, and county fire protection district firemen created by Chapter 174 of the Statutes of 1939, as amended, is continued in existence under this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
