§ 32055 Disability Retirement Pension Limits

Upon retirement of a member for service connected disability, he shall receive an annual pension, payable in monthly installments, equal to one-half of his terminal salary, not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250) a month. (Amended by Stats. 1947, Ch. 1483.)
