§ 31958 Board Witness Testimony Powers

The board may compel witnesses to attend and testify before it upon all matters connected with the operation of this chapter in the same manner as is provided by law for the taking of testimony before notaries public. The chairman or any member of the board may administer oaths to the witnesses. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
