• •If the person doesn't tell the board how long they worked or how old they are, the board can guess.
• •The board only guesses to help with this law, not for anything else.

John worked for a company for many years, but the company lost his records. John also doesn't remember exactly how long he worked there.

The board can guess how long John worked there to help decide what he gets from the company.
