§ 29413 Child Support Fund Disbursement

Upon the presentation by the local child support agency of a requisition to the auditor, the auditor shall draw a warrant in favor of the local child support agency on the trust fund for such amounts as the local child support agency requires, within seven working days of the presentation of the requisition to the auditor. The treasurer shall pay the warrant. (Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 104. Effective September 28, 2000.)
