§ 26452 Bond Negotiability Rules

• •Bonds issued under this law can be bought and sold like money, unless they are registered to a specific owner.
• •If a bond is registered to someone, it cannot be easily transferred to another person.

You buy a bond from the government, and it has your name on it.

You cannot sell or give this bond to someone else because it is registered in your name.
