§ 26401 County Waste Incinerator Bonds

Subject to the provisions of this chapter, boards of supervisors in their respective counties shall have authority to undertake and to issue revenue bonds to finance the acquisition, construction, maintenance and operation of public incinerators and such facilities in connection therewith as in the opinion of the board may be reasonably necessary to provide for the full, complete and convenient public utilization of such incinerators. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 822.)
