§ 26028 Hearing Notice Requirements

The finding required by Section 26027 shall not be made without notice and opportunity to be heard being given to all interested persons. Notice shall be given by publication pursuant to Section 6064 in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county, or, if there is none, in a newspaper of general circulation published in an adjoining county. The notice shall specify the date of hearing. (Amended by Stats. 1957, Ch. 357.)
