§ 25583 Park Abandonment Resolution Process

Before abandoning all or any portion of a park the board of supervisors shall adopt a resolution of intention by unanimous vote of all of its members describing the park or the portion of it proposed to be abandoned and fixing a time at least 60 days after the adoption of the resolution when it will meet to take final action. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 579.)
