§ 25520 County Property Conveyance Authority

The board of supervisors of any county shall receive in the name of the county conveyances for all property received and purchased by it, and shall make in the name of the county conveyances of all property belonging to the county and sold by it. (Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1800.)
