§ 23302 County Formation Validity Challenges

Any action to determine the validity of the formation of a county pursuant to this chapter shall be brought pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. (Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 699, Sec. 4.5. (SB 894) Effective January 1, 2011.)
