§ 21450 Retirement Benefit Decision Effects

This system shall provide to any member who requests materials relating to retirement, a written explanation of the effects, if any, of each possible decision relating to the selection of optional settlements, beneficiaries, and survivor benefits upon health benefits that are provided pursuant to Part 5 (commencing with Section 22750). This section shall apply to any member who retires on or before December 31, 2017. (Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 199, Sec. 5. (AB 2404) Effective January 1, 2017.)
